Tripod Partners is seeking an experienced and compassionate Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ED RN) to provide safe, effective, and patient-centered care in a fast-paced emergency department in Louisville, Kentucky. The RN will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, evaluating clinical outcomes, and delivering high-quality care to patients with a wide range of emergency medical needs.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, the ability to make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to patient and family satisfaction. Working collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other members of the multidisciplinary team, the ED RN will ensure timely and effective care while maintaining high standards of patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
The ED RN will perform comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments, recognize changes in patient condition, prioritize care according to clinical needs, and respond appropriately to emergency situations. The RN will initiate and implement individualized plans of care, reassessing and revising interventions as the patient's condition changes.
The role involves monitoring and documenting patient responses to treatment and nursing interventions while maintaining accurate and timely clinical records.
