THE RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Run high volume service periods from the floor or expo to ensure food quality and presentation are up to company standards.
  • Performs precise line checks and facility walks and participates in all EcoSure & Health inspections with HOH to ensure a safe production environment.
  • Manages all FOH employees in accordance with True Food Kitchen policies and applicable laws including interviewing, hiring, on-boarding, training and development of employees; planning assigning and directing work; performance appraisals, rewarding and disciplining employees.
  • Manage FOH employees during shifts. Schedule and report payroll hours in compliance with company standards and state laws.
