Job Description

The purpose of this job is to maintain and grow relationships with Parts and Service Solutions (PSS) 3PL customers and help pick, pack and ship 3PL orders.

In this role you will:

  • Complete all administrative activities connected with customer account set-up and maintenance.
  • Respond to customer inquiries including pricing of products and services, delivery requests and issue resolution.
  • Build relationships with customers and promote PSS services.
  • Communicate with the PSS management teams to make leadership aware of customer concerns and issues.
  • Complete PSS warehouse activities (e.g., package and ship orders, receive and inspect inventory, products) as necessary to support timely delivery of goods. 
  • Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level.
  • Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Accurately pick and pack products according to order specifications and shipping requirements
  • Ensure correct labeling and proper packaging of items to prevent damage during transit
  • Inspect products for quality, ensuring they meet company standards before shipping
  • Prepare and process shipping documentation, including shipping labels, bills of lading, and customs forms as required
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent certificate required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Minimum one year’s industry work experience required; two years’ work experience preferred.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Basic WMS skills 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle difficult issues.
  •  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team and problem-solve.
  • Ability to adapt to change including a willingness to take on new tasks and technology.
  • General office work requiring sitting or standing for long periods of time
  • Lift and move up to 45 pounds
  • Stoop, bend, and reach
  • Exposure to various weather conditions, temperatures and noises
  • This position requires candidates to be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
