  • Test and validate new functionalities, plugins, and updates before deployment
  • Analyze, maintain, and continuously optimize frontend and backend shop processes
  • Monitor and improve UX, privacy standards, conversion rates, and checkout processes
  • Manage and optimize online sales channels (online store, marketplaces, performance channels)
  • Identify technical bottlenecks and develop scalable solutions to improve system stability and performance
  • Translate technical topics into clear, business-friendly communication for non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, operations, and international teams

THE SKILLS NEEDED

  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce with a strong technical focus
  • Hands-on experience with Shopware (preferred) or comparable eCommerce systems
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP)
    • APIs, interfaces, and system integrations
    • Experience working with external agencies (requirements, testing, deployment, approvals)
    • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex systems
    • Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style with high ownership
    • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
    • Experience in cross-functional collaboration
    • Able to incorporate AI changes to benefit e-Commerce situations
  • Experience with international e-commerce setups
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO), UX, or tracking tools
  • Experience working in distributed/global teams
