Job description

Positions:

  • Plan online promotions, create promotion item list, and request the design banner to the design team.
  • Analyze promotion result and item selling data to plan for the future marketing.
  • Market trend research and SNS Posting.
  • Handle advertisement request from inner/outer companies.
  • Manage invoices from the vendors and carriers
  • Create Purchase Order on company’s accounting system.
  • Search and source products to sell on online channel.
  • Monitor and decide item sales based on performance
  • Control overstock and long-term inventory
  • Manage the website display and check for any issues.
  • Communicate with warehouse team and carriers to check on the daily delivery.
  • Communicate with Supply Chain Management team on item inventory.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field preferred
  • 1~2 years of experience with E-Commerce operations
  • Must be bilingual in Korean and English
  • Experience with E-commerce websites or platforms
  • Demonstrates initiative with the ability to multi-task and detail oriented in a fast paced environment
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
