Lead UI/UX Designer – DTC eCommerce BrandAbout the Role

We're looking for a Lead UI/UX Designer to own and elevate the end-to-end customer experience across our direct-to-consumer eCommerce ecosystem. This role combines strategic thinking, user-centered design, conversion optimization, and visual excellence to create seamless shopping experiences that drive business growth.

You'll work closely with leadership, marketing, developers, and eCommerce teams to transform customer insights into intuitive, high-performing digital experiences. We're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of outcomes, and is passionate about creating exceptional customer journeys.

What You'll DoUser Experience & Product Design
  • Lead the design of customer journeys across web, mobile, landing pages, checkout flows, and post-purchase experiences.

  • Conduct UX research and analyze customer behavior to identify friction points and opportunities.

  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

  • Continuously improve site usability, accessibility, and customer satisfaction.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
  • Design experiences that improve engagement, conversion rates, average order value, and retention.
