Role Overview
We're looking for a Talented Video Editor who can bring ideas to life through motion graphics, animated storytelling, and visually dynamic content. This role is ideal for someone who can take sports data, betting insights, and brand messaging and turn them into clean, engaging animations.
You'll play a key role in making Onyx Odds content more dynamic, informative, and visually differentiated.
Key Responsibilities
  • Create animated videos and motion graphics for social, web, and promotional use
  • Design and animate betting data, odds movement, and sports insights
  • Produce explainer-style content, stat breakdowns, and promotional animations
  • Add dynamic text, transitions, and visual effects to enhance engagement
  • Collaborate with the content team on concepts, storyboards, and execution
  • Maintain consistent Onyx Odds branding across all animations
  • Optimize animations for social platforms (TikTok, IG, YouTube, X)
Requirements
  • 3-4+ years of experience in animation and motion design
  • Strong proficiency in After Effects (required) and Premiere Pro
  • Ability to design and animate from scratch (not just templates)
  • Strong understanding of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling
  • Experience creating social-first content that captures attention quickly
