WHO YOU ARE: 

As our Senior Digital Program Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of all projects assigned to you from beginning to end as well as optimizing and tracking KPIs post launch. This is a temporary position for a mat leave replacement of 18-24 months. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Act as a liaison between the business sector and the IT team and/or external suppliers to ensure that needs are well understood and deliverables meet expectations
  • Identify, define, analyze and document business needs and rules with representatives from the business sector
  • Participate in the definition of the testing strategy and validate the user test plan in collaboration with clients
  • Ensuring successful delivery of ecommerce projects
  • Managing time/ workflow while working on multiple projects at the same time
  • Work closely and proactively with IT, UX designer and technical manager to have clear communication, includes scheduling meetings and providing meeting minutes
  • Document project progress within ecom project list
  • QA all aspects of deliverables prior to project deployment
  • Develop strong relationship with third party partners for post launch initiatives and optimization (includes bi-weekly touchbases as needed)
  • Document all business rules and requirements for all projects
  • Lead and conduct ongoing A/B testing plan to optimize site revenue and conversion
  • Have a strong understanding of Ecommerce platform, its capabilities/tools and being up to date on new product launches and educating team on how to use them.
  • Identifying new opportunity and competitive landscape
  • Other tasks and projects as assigned

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, E-commerce, or a related field;
  • 5+ years of experience managing digital, e-commerce, or technology projects from planning through post-launch optimization;
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, including IT, UX, business stakeholders, and external vendors;
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital technologies, website functionality, and online customer experiences;
  • Exceptional project management, organization, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to proactively identify risks, opportunities, and solutions;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (Jira, Asana, Slack or similar considered an asset);
  • Experience working in an Agile or hybrid project environment considered an asset;
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English; French is considered an asset;
  • Ability to work in-office in Laval.
