Role Summary

The Stills Stylist on the Women's Team helps facilitate the current look and feel of the brand through product styling for still-life imagery for product and creative use. Experience in styling both hard and soft goods is key as this individual will be working with an array of items such as accessories, shoes, intimates, apparel, and beauty & wellness products for Anthro Women's, Maeve, and Anthro Weddings. The Stylist has an innate understanding of the Anthropologie brand identity and future direction, as well as bring their own perspective in fashion and accessories styling to the team.

Our team is all about working together! A collaborative, positive, and personable attitude is a must. The Flat Stylist should have a passion for styling as well as a strong work ethic, consistent organizational ability, attention to detail, openness to feedback, and knack for creative problem solving. 5+ years styling experience in studio and comfortable with AI tools for concepting and mock-ups.

Role Responsibilities

Execute product styling for web photography for a range of items such as accessories, shoes, intimates, apparel, and beauty & wellness Adhere to style guidelines and art direction to ensure the highest standards of the brand are met Work closely with product photographers to ensure that all product details are shown and representative of the brand Ensure all product photos are completed in a timely manner, meeting or surpassing daily shot count expectations and relevant deadlines Execute product styling for more complex creative imagery supporting the brand's identity and various marketing efforts Maintain clear organizational systems for samples, supplies, and props as well as the cleanliness of the studio at all times Communicate creative concepts, ideas, and an awareness of current trends that contribute to the advancement of the brand

Role Qualifications

5+ years of professional styling experience in a studio environment, with a strong portfolio demonstrating still-life product styling. Proven experience styling both hard and soft goods, including accessories, footwear, apparel, intimates, and beauty & wellness products Strong understanding of the Anthropologie brand aesthetic, customer, and visual standards. Ability to interpret and execute art direction while maintaining brand consistency across high-volume production shoots. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Highly collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude Openness to feedback and demonstrated ability to problem-solve creatively and efficiently Comfortable using AI tools for concepting, visual mock-ups, and creative exploration Strong work ethic with the ability to consistently meet or exceed daily shot counts and deadlinesPreferred Qualifications: Experience working within an e-commerce or large-scale retail photo studio environment Background styling for lifestyle or creative marketing imagery in addition to PDP/still-life photography Familiarity with current fashion, accessories, and beauty trends, with the ability to translate trends into on-brand styling solutions Experience collaborating cross-functionally with photographers, art directors, producers, and creative partners Knowledge of studio workflows, sample management systems, and production timelines Interest in evolving tools, technology, and visual innovation within the styling and creative space
