Ecommerce Partnerships Manager

Atlanta, GA • Remote

Job description

Remote, United States

Role Overview

At Uncapped, we help ambitious founders realise their dreams. Our Ecommerce Partnerships Manager owns a portfolio of high value referral and broker relationships across the e-commerce and agency ecosystem. This isn't a maintenance role: you source and close new partners, negotiate terms and co-selling arrangements, and find the growth opportunities inside your portfolio rather than waiting for them to be assigned to you.

Partnerships are a key growth driver for Uncapped. This is a high impact, high autonomy role at one of the fastest growing fintechs in revenue based funding.

About Uncapped

Founded in 2019, Uncapped is a fintech company focused on providing working capital to SMEs in North America and Europe.

We leverage multiple data sources to make credit decisions faster, safer and more conveniently. We are working with the largest platforms in the world, including Amazon and Walmart, and strive to be the best alternative-lender globally.

What Success Looks Like

    • A portfolio of active, high value referral and broker partners consistently generating qualified, partner sourced origination
    • Partnerships that don't just run but grow, because you've spotted an angle nobody assigned you
    • Clear, scalable operating workflows across sourcing, enablement, reporting and reviews
    • You take a partnership goal and find the path yourself, pulling in Sales and Ops as needed rather than waiting to be told how

What you will do

Sourcing & Closing

  • Identify, engage and recruit new referral and broker partners across the e-commerce ecosystem - agencies, advisors and referral networks - aligned to Uncapped's growth strategy
  • Run partner discovery, qualification and prioritisation across inbound and outbound channels
  • Negotiate partner agreements, commercial terms, incentives and co-selling arrangements, and hold your own in the room with senior partner counterparts
  • Onboard and operationalise each partnership through enablement, structured processes and clear launch plans

Portfolio Ownership & Growth

  • Own your portfolio of referral and broker relationships end to end, from first conversation to ongoing performance management
  • Drive regular business reviews focused on targets, impact and revenue contribution
  • Proactively mine existing partnerships for growth that wasn't in the original deal - new segments, new referral sources - rather than waiting for it to be assigned
  • Manage smooth lead routing and feedback loops with the Sales team to ensure post-handoff follow through

Analytics & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Define and track partner KPIs, including pipeline, conversion rates and lead quality
  • Own data hygiene and pipeline forecasting within the CRM
  • Conduct ROI analysis on partner initiatives to optimise performance and incentive structures
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing and Ops to build repeatable, friction-free partner workflows, and bring them along when a partnership needs a coordinated push

Requirements

Who you are

  • 4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development or channel management, with a track record of owning outcomes, not just relationships
  • At least part of that experience is in fintech, lending or payments - direct exposure to e-commerce or online consumer brands (as an operator, agency partner, or platform) strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to source, close and operate broker and referral partnerships end to end - you don't hand off the hard parts
  • Commercially sharp: you understand how a deal makes money for both sides and can negotiate terms that hold up
  • Self directed: given a partnership goal, you find the path yourself and know when to pull in Sales or Ops
  • Comfortable with data and analytics, and you use it to prioritise, forecast and make the case for where to invest your time
  • Direct, intentional communicator, comfortable managing remote workflows out in the open
  • Working knowledge of a CRM such as HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce
  • Strong grasp of Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint & Word) and/or G Suite
  • Excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills, with acute attention to detail

Benefits

What we offer

At Uncapped, our people make us successful. We are a start-up with big goals, and we work hard, so we want to give everyone the benefits they really want. We are continually adding to this list as new people join -- here are some of the things you can expect:

  • Unlimited holiday: we believe that well-rested and happy people make the best employees
  • Competitive compensation plan
  • Personal growth fund: Raise your game from great to spectacular
  • Monthly recognition and awards: Celebrate wins big and small
  • The opportunity to make a big impact every day on the lives of European and US entrepreneurs.
  • Optional workspaces in Warsaw, London and Atlanta

We can only consider applications from candidates eligible to work in the USA without requiring visa sponsorship.
