Yoh has an exciting opportunity for a Shopify E-Commerce & Integrations Manager to join our Retail client. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on Shopify Plus experience with a strong technical background in Shopify development, systems integrations, and high-volume e-commerce environments. This individual should live within a commutable distance to Northridge, CA and be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week.

Overview We are seeking a hands-on Shopify E-Commerce & Integrations Manager to support the development, integration, optimization, and ongoing performance of a high-volume Shopify Plus environment.
This role will work across e-commerce, technology, and operations, with responsibility for Shopify development, platform integrations, troubleshooting, and supporting frequent product launches. The ideal candidate combines strong Shopify technical expertise with the ability to work across multiple business systems and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, maintain, and enhance Shopify Plus storefront functionality
  • Develop and maintain custom Shopify functionality, including Shopify Functions
  • Perform hands-on development using Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across Shopify themes, apps, integrations, checkout functionality, and connected systems
  • Support integrations between Shopify and enterprise platforms including ERP, middleware/iPaaS, WMS, 3PL, and international commerce solutions
  • Assist with the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of system integrations and data flows
  • Support new vendor and technology integrations within the e-commerce ecosystem
  • Monitor and improve site performance, stability, and overall functionality
  • Support frequent product launches, promotions, and high-volume e-commerce events
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, design, operations, and technical stakeholders
  • Document integrations, technical processes, fixes, and platform improvements
  • Evaluate Shopify platform updates and new functionality that may benefit the business
  • Support international e-commerce operations and third-party logistics integrations

  • Experience integrating Shopify with ERP, WMS, middleware, 3PL, or other enterprise systems
  • Experience with NetSuite, Celigo, or comparable platforms strongly preferred
  • WMS integration experience strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting high-volume DTC or retail e-commerce environments
  • Experience supporting frequent product drops, launches, and rapidly changing business priorities
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across interconnected systems
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical issues from identification through resolution
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities can shift quickly
  • Bachelor s degree strongly preferred
  • Ability to work onsite in Northridge, CA, 5 days per week
