The Ecommerce Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Chicago, IL.


Key Responsibilities

●    Manage and maintain the e-commerce website, ensuring it remains up-to-date, fully functional, and user-friendly.

●    Process and monitor online orders from submission through fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery.

●    Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.

●    Maintain and update product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels.

●    Ensure accuracy and consistency in pricing structures, promotions, and discounts.

●    Coordinate logistics for order fulfillment, including communication with warehouses, carriers, and internal teams.

●    Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.

●    Monitor website performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.

●    Analyze customer behavior, site feedback, and performance trends to identify opportunities for usability, product discoverability, and search engine optimization improvements.

●    Partner with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns, promotions, merchandising strategies, and pricing initiatives across digital channels.

●    Serve as a primary internal support resource for e-commerce platform questions, troubleshooting, and user support needs.

●    Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

●    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field required (or equivalent experience).

●    3+ years of experience managing e-commerce platforms in a B2B and/or B2C environment.

●    Proven experience with Shopify, preferably Shopify Wholesale or B2B platforms.

●    Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and order management workflows.

●    Excellent communication and customer service skills.

●    High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.

●    Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

●    Understanding of e-commerce compliance regulations and security best practices.

●    Experience coordinating logistics or working with fulfillment teams is a plus.

●    Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices.
