Job Opportunity – Cardiovascular Operating Room Technologist – Anchorage, AK 99508

Start Date: September 28, 2026

Location: Anchorage, Alaska

Schedule: 4x10-hour day shifts (07:00 - 19:30), 70 guaranteed hours per two-week period. On-call and weekend call coverage required. Assignment duration is 13 weeks (91 days).

Highlights:

  • Level II Trauma Center experience with comprehensive cardiovascular and thoracic surgical services
  • Epic charting system with provided scrubs and free parking
  • Exposure to advanced procedures including CABG, TAVR, ECMO, VAD, and endovascular repairs
  • First-time travelers accepted with at least one year of experience
  • 40 hours of paid orientation to support your transition
Requirements:
  • Minimum one year of CVOR Tech experience required
  • Current BLS certification required
  • NCCT or NBSTSA certification preferred
  • Level II Trauma experience required; Level I Trauma and community hospital experience preferred
  • Valid state or compact license (must be in hand at time of submission)
  • Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
  • Two professional references covering one year within the last three years
  • Clean background check required
