Job description

Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with additional hours available during peak periods.

Job Summary:
-Lead and work alongside team members, including assigning tasks, training employees, and evaluating work quality.
-Monitor employee attendance and productivity, taking action to improve performance when needed.
-Ensure all employees follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
-Communicate concerns, updates, and project completion timelines with site management and the customer.

Pay Range: $840–$1,000 per week

Key Responsibilities:
-Previous experience or the ability to learn employee supervision and training.
-Comfortable using basic computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft 365 to send purchase orders (POs), upload them to SharePoint, and complete daily end-of-day (EOD) reports.
-Unload and sort products from trucks, trailers, railcars, and other freight equipment.
-Operate various types of material handling equipment.
-Identify and separate unusable pallets.
-Read labels, count inventory, and use an RF scanner (training provided).
Job Requirements:
-At least 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
-Basic data entry experience, including time and attendance tracking.
-Ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse environment, including continuously lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.
-Ability to meet, lead, and inspire fast-paced productivity goals and performance standards.
-Strong customer service skills.
-Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions, including cold environments when necessary.
-Ability to stand for 8–10 hours per shift.
-Strong communication skills.
-Steel-toe safety shoes are required.
-Reliable transportation with the ability to arrive on time.
