Job description

The Staff Pad is partnering with a reputed healthcare organization in Helena, MT and we are looking to hire a detail-oriented and patient-focused EEG/ECG Technician to perform critical diagnostic testing in a collaborative clinical environment. In this role, you'll work closely with physicians, nurses, and care teams to deliver accurate neurological and cardiac testing while ensuring patients feel informed, safe, and comfortable throughout their experience. Schedule: Full-Time | On-Call Rotation (Weekends + Occasional Weekdays) | Per-Diem opportunities available What You'll Do Perform high-quality EEG and ECG procedures following clinical standards and protocols, to assist providers with accurate patient diagnoses Prepare, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain diagnostic equipment Accurately verify physician orders and document procedures within the EMR system Monitor patient safety, status, comfort and provide compassionate support during testing Manage ECG workflow within computerized systems to ensure timely interpretation and reporting Support efficient clinical workflows and timely diagnostic processing Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams to support efficient patient care Participate in required on-call rotations for weekends and occasional weekdays Support departmental operations and continuous improvement initiatives Help create a positive patient experience through professionalism and compassionate communication What We're Looking For Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred Current BLS Certification required Registered EEG Technician or ABRET certification preferred Previous experience in EEG, ECG, or related diagnostic testing preferred Additional Skills & Requirements Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills Comfortable working with electronic medical records and clinical technology Ability to stay organized, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced healthcare environment Attention to detail with ability to accurately complete written documentation and records Professional, empathetic, and patient-centered approach to care What You Can Expect: Benefits: Competitive Compensation Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Long & Short-Term Disability Coverage, HSA& FSA Options Generous PTO, Vacation days, holidays & sick leave Tuition Assistance & Reimbursement 403(b) Retirement Plan with 3% employer match Cafeteria, Health Club Membership & Affordable Child Care Success Share Payout Compensation is reviewed annually to remain competitive with industry standards.
