Pay Rates as Follows:

  • Assistants and floats: $15-16/hr

  • Leads: $17-19/hr

  • Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications

Duties:

  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the daycare facility

  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote physical education, child welfare, and math skills

  • Supervise children during playtime, meals, and nap time

  • Assist with potty training and personal hygiene tasks

  • Monitor and ensure the safety of all children in the facility

  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment

  • Communicate with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise

Qualifications:

  • Leads - CDA or degree in ECE (preferred)

  • Assistants - Previous experience working with children in a daycare or childcare setting (preferred)

  • Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate activities

  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and other staff members

  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
