We are seeking an energetic and visionary ECE Center Director to lead our Early Childhood Education Center. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure the delivery of exceptional educational experiences, and promote a safe, nurturing environment for children and staff alike. Your leadership will drive strategic growth, foster community partnerships, and uphold the center’s commitment to excellence in early childhood development.

ECE Center Director - Duties

  • Provide dynamic leadership to staff, ensuring high-quality classroom instruction and adherence to educational standards
  • Develop and implement innovative curriculum plans that support early childhood learning and development goals
  • Manage the center’s budget, oversee financial planning, and ensure responsible resource allocation
  • Lead strategic planning initiatives to expand program reach and improve service delivery within the community
  • Cultivate relationships with families, community organizations, and stakeholders through effective public speaking and outreach efforts
  • Supervise staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and professional development activities
