Pay: $18–$22/hour (based on verified experience + credentials)
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Required shifts: 8:00–5:00, 8:30–5:30, or 9:00–6:00
Paid CDA Support: We pay for CDA training + credential costs for eligible team members

Education starts at birth. We’re hiring an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher who loves working with little ones and believes babies and toddlers thrive with warmth, structure, and intentional learning.

What You’ll Do (Lead Infant/Toddler Teacher)

  • Lead an infant or toddler classroom with consistent routines and responsive care
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate learning (language, sensory, motor, social-emotional)
  • Follow safe sleep, sanitation, bottle handling, and active supervision standards
  • Provide clear daily updates to families (feeds, diapers, naps, notes)
  • Keep the classroom clean, organized, and prepared
  • Support and guide your co-teacher/assistant so the day runs smoothly
  • Track children’s needs and progress to support individualized care

  • Lead Toddler Teacher (approx. 12–24 months)

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as an Infant Teacher or Toddler Teacher in a licensed childcare setting

  • Ability to pass background checks and meet state health/safety requirements
  • CDA or ECE coursework preferred (we support CDA completion with paid training)
