What You'll Do
The Senior Program Manager is a strategic leader responsible for driving, projects that ensure Revenue Operations and Go-to Market (GTM) success. This role partners with executive leadership to translate business strategy into executable programs, ensuring agreement, and measurable results.
You have a proven ability to lead enterprise-wide programs, influence partners at all levels, and deliver complex programs from strategy through execution. You will combine program management expertise with, change leadership, and the ability to use AI-driven tools and data insights to improve decision-making and operational efficiency
What Your Responsibilities Will Be
  • Lead strategic programs that support Revenue Operations and GTM priorities from planning through successful execution.
  • Partner with executive leaders to define program goals, align priorities, and ensure strategic programs deliver measurable value.
  • Develop comprehensive program plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, budgets, resource allocation, and success metrics.
  • Facilitate executive-level governance, steering committee meetings, by providing concise updates.
  • Build partnerships across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success,
  • Lead organizational change management efforts, including partner engagement, communication planning, adoption strategies, and process enablement.
  • Improve by identifying opportunities to simplify workflows, increase operational efficiency, and improve program governance.
  • AI-powered tools and business intelligence platforms to enhance program reporting, forecasting, executive communications, and operational insights.

What You'll Need to be Successful
  • 8+ years of program management, strategy and operations, or consulting experience in GTM.
  • 4+ years of direct experience in change management or organizational transformation in GTM
  • Ability to manage complex programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., Glean, Claude) and business intelligence solutions (e.g., Power BI, SQL) to enhance program management, reporting, and executive decision support.
