We are seeking a results-oriented Deputy Program Manager / Operations Lead to oversee daily operational execution across enterprise learning programs supporting the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

  • This position is remote with periodic on-site presence in Silver Spring, MD
  • Clearance Requirement: Current or ability to obtain Public Trust clearance required.
Who You Are & What You'll Do
As the Deputy Program Manager / Operations Lead, you will partner directly with the Program Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day coordination, task area execution, resource allocation, and deliverable quality. You will maintain operational oversight over training intake tracking, LMS scheduling, staffing rosters, and cross-functional team workflows. You will serve as the secondary point of contact for government stakeholders and step into full leadership authority in the Program Manager's absence, preserving continuity of operations across all contractual task areas.What You Bring to the Table - Requirements
  • Experience: At least seven (7) years of experience in federal program or operations management, with demonstrated success managing multi-functional service delivery environments in learning, human capital, or technical fields.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, education, public administration, or a related field.
  • Operational Expertise: Strong expertise in workflow coordination, schedule monitoring, risk tracking, subcontractor oversight, and quality assurance processes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to interface effectively with federal government representatives and cross-functional project teams.
  • Process Controls: Experience implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), tracking training intake metrics, and supporting monthly status reporting.
