The Program Manager & Operations Lead will coordinate software development efforts across multiple teams, ensuring successful delivery of capabilities, while also overseeing support activities across the RAID Group portfolio.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate software development projects across multiple programs within the RAID portfolio
• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules and track program execution
• Prepare technical reports, status briefings, and deliverables for sponsors and internal reviews
• Manage program budgets, financial forecasts, and resource allocation
• Track and manage program risks, issues, and action items; develop and execute mitigation strategies
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical teams, leadership, and customers
• Lead proposal development efforts including technical approach and scheduling
• Interface with sponsor Program Managers, technical points of contact, and customer stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and government regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including algorithm developers, systems engineers, and integration staff
