Data Center Construction – Project QA/QC Manager

Location: United States (Travel Required)

An established electrical and technology contractor is seeking an experienced Project QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance, quality control, and commissioning activities for multiple data center construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a quality-focused leader who thrives in fast-paced, mission-critical environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional results.

What You'll Do

  • Lead QA/QC and commissioning activities across multiple project sites.
  • Develop and standardize quality processes and commissioning procedures.
  • Track project progress using live schedules and reporting tools.
  • Coordinate with project managers, field teams, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Review installation standards and provide training to project personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, electrical codes, and quality requirements.
  • Supervise inspectors, electricians, technicians, and quality staff.
  • Analyze quality metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Lead weekly and monthly quality meetings.
  • Prepare reports for leadership, clients, and project stakeholders.
  • Support audits, inspections, and commissioning activities.

Qualifications

Required

  • Strong knowledge of electrical construction practices.
  • Ability to interpret electrical single-line diagrams.
  • Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Preferred
