In this remote position, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals while maintaining a flexible work schedule that accommodates evening and weekend hours to best meet client needs. • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Implement therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to facilitate healing and personal development.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, establishing clear goals and actionable interventions to guide therapy.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to deliver coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Work as part of a treatment team to design and execute tailored therapy plans focused on client needs.
• Offer crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans as necessary.
• Document client interactions meticulously and in a timely manner, adhering to ethical standards and organizational policies.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health issues. Our clientele comes from varied backgrounds, ensuring a rich tapestry of experiences that will enhance your professional development. To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Texas. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required. Strong interpersonal skills, cultural competence, and a deep commitment to client-centered care are essential attributes for this role.

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in outpatient therapy settings, particularly within family or marital therapy, are preferred. Familiarity with various evidence-based treatment methodologies and a track record of successful client outcomes will enhance your candidacy.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually. Additionally, we provide a substantial sign-on bonus for new team members.
