Job description

We're looking for a reliable Warehouse Associate / Packer to join our team in Raleigh. We buy, sell, and ship industrial equipment to customers across the country, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in doing quality work and understands that details matter.

This is a hands-on warehouse role where you'll spend your day packing orders, building pallets, scanning inventory, and preparing shipments. Some items are small and easy to handle, while others are large, heavy, expensive, and fragile. Because much of our inventory is serialized, accuracy is just as important as speed.

You'll regularly use bubble wrap, expanding foam, and other protective packaging materials to make sure products arrive safely. Packaging can get messy at times, and you'll be on your feet throughout the day, so this position is best suited for someone who enjoys staying active and working with their hands.

Note: A current resume and professional references are required.

Pay: $18-$19/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Location: Raleigh, NC

What You'll Be Doing

  • Pick, process, and pack customer orders for shipment
  • Package products using bubble wrap, expanding foam, and other protective materials
  • Build freight pallets for larger shipments
  • Verify serialized inventory and ensure the correct products are shipped
  • Inspect products and packaging for quality and accuracy
  • Enter inventory and order information into warehouse systems
  • Safely handle small, large, heavy, and fragile equipment
  • Keep your work area organized and clean
  • Work with the team to meet daily shipping goals while maintaining accuracy

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of warehouse, inventory, packing, or shipping experience
  • Strong attention to detail and a solid work history
  • Comfortable using computers for inventory tracking and data entry
  • Good math and counting skills
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout the shift
  • Someone who can stay focused when handling high-value, serialized inventory

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with shipping software or warehouse management systems
  • Experience with pallet building and order fulfillment
  • Experience handling fragile or high-value products
  • Forklift or warehouse equipment experience

If you're dependable, like staying busy, and take pride in getting the job done right, we'd love to talk with you. Apply today!
