Lube, Oil amp; Filter Technicians:
Raabe Ford Lincoln is seeking entry level lube, oil amp; filter technicians with rapid growth opportunities available.
We work with high school, college amp; adult education class schedules.
If you have an interest in becoming a fully ASE Certified Technician, we have an apprenticeship program that provides a road map to get you there.
Our processes are clearly defined and easy to follow.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Communication – Must be willing and able to listen, follow direction amp; clearly communicate with team members, service advisors and managers.
  • Integrity – Must be Prompt, Dependable amp; Ready to Roll.
  • Urgency – Willing to serve our customers and each other quickly and find ways to get the job done efficiently, thoroughly with a focus on the quality of work performed.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Perform Oil Changes, Tire Rotations, Tire Dismount/Mount amp; Balancing, Brake Pad amp; Rotor Inspection, check amp; refill fluid levels amp; overall safety check.
  • General Inspection of vehicle operations and components and communicate any abnormal wear amp; tear directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if additional attention is needed.
  • Complete online multi-point inspection report card when each service is finished.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Have a basic knowledge of automotive maintenance

  • Valid driver’s license
