Job description

Everforth ECS is seeking a Temporary Growth Operations Administrative Supportto work in our Fairfax, VA office.
Position Summary
Everforth ECS is seeking a Temporary Growth Operations Administrative Support professional to provide short-term administrative and coordination support to the Growth organization. This position is expected to last approximately one to two months and will help the team maintain day-to-day operations, organize key activities, and keep priority work moving during a period of increased workload.
The role will support the Chief Growth Officer and leaders across Business Development, Capture, Proposal Operations, Competitive Intelligence, Partnerships, and Growth Operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, comfortable working across multiple priorities, and able to produce accurate, professional work with limited direction.
This is a temporary, execution-focused role. The position will primarily support scheduling, meeting administration, document preparation, data entry, file organization, and general coordination across the Growth organization.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Meeting and Calendar Support

  • Coordinate meetings, working sessions, reviews, and recurring Growth governance forums.
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling, invitations, attendee coordination, room reservations, and virtual meeting logistics.
  • Prepare agendas, compile meeting materials, capture notes and action items, and distribute follow-up communications.
  • Maintain meeting schedules and help ensure required participants, materials, and approvals are in place.
Support Growth Administration and Coordination
  • Maintain trackers, calendars, contact lists, action logs, and other administrative tools used by the Growth organization.
  • Track open actions, due dates, document requests, and follow-up items across multiple teams.
  • Help coordinate activities involving Business Development, Capture, Proposals, Contracts, Pricing, Competitive Intelligence, Partnerships, and other supporting functions.
  • Organize shared folders, templates, files, and reference materials to ensure information is current and easy to locate.
Support Systems and Data Administration
  • Enter, update, and validate information in Salesforce or other Growth-related systems and trackers.
  • Help identify missing, incomplete, or inconsistent data and coordinate with responsible team members to obtain updates.
  • Support basic reporting, data cleanup, document uploads, and record maintenance.
  • Handle sensitive business and opportunity information with discretion.
Assist with Communications and General Team Support
  • Draft and distribute meeting invitations, reminders, follow-up messages, and routine internal communications.
  • Respond to administrative requests and help route questions to the appropriate team member.
  • Provide general support for team meetings, events, leadership visits, and other Growth activities.
  • Perform additional administrative and coordination tasks based on organizational priorities.
Hourly Range: $20-25/hr
General Description of Benefits
