HOW TO GET STARTED AS A RESIDENTIAL HVAC HELPER - INSTALLATION TECH

This is an entry-level position, so industry experience isn't required as long as you have a strong work ethic, a team spirit, and a "can-do" attitude! All we ask is that you meet the following criteria:

  • Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn
  • Valid driver's license

YOUR ROLE AS A RESIDENTIAL HVAC HELPER - INSTALLATION TECH

This position typically works from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with some Saturdays during peak season.

As an entry-level member of our team, you have the opportunity to develop valuable skills and begin a career in an essential skilled trade. No two days are the same as you assist your team with installing various equipment and systems. You start every morning by helping load up the work truck and traveling to the job site. Then, you get to work completing whatever tasks your lead assigns you. You absorb as much knowledge as you can from your team so that you can become more independent and complete more complex tasks over time.
