Are you an experienced Registered Nurse Case Manager with a background in care coordination, utilization review, and discharge planning? We're seeking a skilled RN to join a fast-paced Emergency Department team and help ensure seamless, patient-centered transitions of care.


Position Overview

  • Specialty: RN – Emergency Department Case Management

  • Location: Bronx, NY

  • Assignment Length: 14 Weeks

  • Shift: Days

  • Schedule: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • 5 x 7-hour shifts

  • Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week

Minimum Requirements

  • Active NY RN license

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required (Master's preferred)

  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse

  • Experience in Care Coordination, Utilization Review, and Discharge Planning

  • Strong computer literacy

  • PRI and Screen Certification (required during submission)

  • Primary Source Verification of RN License from NYSED

  • AHA BLS Certification

  • Case Management Certification preferred

  • Leadership experience preferred
