We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Telehealth Professional Counselor who is licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our remote team at Easy Calming Mind Wellness Clinic. This role is structured to be fully remote, offering flexibility for our staff to balance their professional and personal lives. As part of a community health clinic, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals who are equally committed to improving patient outcomes. This remote setting fosters an environment of trust and open communication, allowing our counselors to access the tools and resources necessary to provide top-notch patient care efficiently.

• Complete critical incident reporting forms within 24 hours when required, ensuring accountability and care quality.
• Participate in after-hours care coordination support on an alternating basis, assisting clients during urgent situations and enhancing service accessibility.
• Engage proactively with clients to circumvent crises by implementing preventive strategies, thus enhancing overall mental health stability.
• Maintain crisis alerts for coordination with county crisis services, facilitating seamless communication and support for participants in need.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and monitor client progress through effective documentation and follow-ups.
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support, addressing emergent mental health problems with urgency and professionalism.

Our clinic serves a diverse range of individuals, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing various mental health challenges. As a Telehealth Professional Counselor, you will work closely with clients facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal conflicts. Your role will focus on fostering a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, ultimately guiding them towards healthier coping strategies and life choices.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Current, active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated ability to assess, diagnose, and create effective treatment plans quickly and accurately.
• Proficient in utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems for optimal client management and documentation.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills essential for effective client engagement and crisis resolution.

• Previous experience in a community health or telehealth setting is highly desirable.
• Experience working with heterogeneous populations, particularly in crisis intervention and management.
• Demonstrated success in creating and implementing patient-centered treatment plans that lead to positive health outcomes.

The compensation range for this position is USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, based on caseload and experience.
