Role: Commissions Analyst
Location: Urbandale, IA - Onsite
Duration: 6 Months +
Role Overview
We are seeking a Commissions Specialist I to manage commission statements, calculate override and bonus payments, reconcile commission revenue with the General Ledger, and support agents and business partners with commission-related questions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Retrieve commission statements from carrier websites and prepare commission files.
  • Calculate commission overrides and bonus payments using rate schedules and compensation grids.
  • Reconcile carrier statements and commission revenue to the General Ledger.
  • Investigate discrepancies, reporting errors, and payment issues with Accounting.
  • Manage shared commission inboxes and respond to agent, wholesaler, and business partner inquiries.
  • Ensure commission data is accurate, complete, and processed on time.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong attention to detail.
