Technical Development Manager VAS – Eastern Europe Value Added Services (VAS)

Location: Poland

In this role, you will serve as a technical pioneer for our custom solutions in the field of connection technology and connector manufacturing, supporting our customers from the early stages of development and design‑in.

You will report to the Regional Technical Manager for Central and Eastern Europe and work closely with the sales teams, suppliers, and our VAS (Value‑Added Services) specialists.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Technical customer support in the VAS division (connector assembly and connection solutions) in Eastern Europe
  • Technical customer visits to development and engineering departments
  • Analysis of application requirements, specifications, and industry‑specific trends
  • Technical consulting and design‑in support for custom connector and cable configurations
  • Close collaboration with our sales teams and leading manufacturers
  • Management and oversight of development and customer projects, including project tracking
  • Implementation and execution of TTI and supplier product strategies within the VAS portfolio
  • Assistance in creating training, application, and presentation materials for customers and internal teams
What you bring to us:
  • At least 5 years of experience in design‑in and technical customer support in the electronics industry
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in electrical engineering/electronics
  • In‑depth technical knowledge of interconnect and connector systems
  • Experience in project management and developing new business opportunities
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, additional Eastern European languages are advantageous
  • Willingness to travel within Central and Eastern Europe; a valid driver’s license is required
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
