Job description

Clark Pacific is a trusted design-build partner known for delivering innovative, high-quality building solutions.

We’re seeking a hands-on Superintendent, Design-Build to lead field operations on new and emerging projects. Civil and/or earthwork experience is strongly preferred. This role requires the flexibility to travel up to 80% of the time to support projects and field operations.

In this role, you’ll be a visible leader in the field. Driving safe, efficient, high-quality work from planning through completion. You’ll help deliver projects on time and on budget while building strong relationships with project teams, subcontractors, inspectors, suppliers, and clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead field personnel and subcontractors to deliver safe, high-quality work on schedule and within budget.

  • Champion a safety-first culture through proactive coaching, preventative action, and OSHA compliance.

  • Ensure all employees and contractors follow Clark Pacific safety policies and jobsite standards.

  • Plan, maintain, and drive project schedules; identify constraints early and lead solutions.

  • Direct daily field operations, material needs, inspections, and site logistics.

  • Review and understand project plans, specifications, and quality requirements.

  • Monitor quality performance and take prompt action to address opportunities for improvement.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, professional jobsite and construction office.

  • Build productive, respectful relationships with clients, inspectors, subcontractors, suppliers, and Clark Pacific teammates.

  • Handle project and proprietary information with professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Model Clark Pacific’s values and help create an efficient, engaged field team.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
