Position Overview

The Earthwork Foreman at Professional Excavators & Construction Inc. is responsible for leading and managing earthwork operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within specifications. This role involves supervising equipment operators and laborers, coordinating workflow, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the earthmoving process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily earthwork activities including excavation, grading, and site preparation per project requirements.
  • Supervise and coordinate crews to ensure efficiency and quality workmanship.
