The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a leading, fast-growing, nationally backed roofing company, to identify motivated Roofing Sales Representatives to join their Sarasota, FL team.

No roofing experience? No problem. If you’re motivated, driven, and coachable, you’ll receive the training and tools needed to succeed.

What You’ll Earn

  • Year 1: $70K–$80K
  • Year 2: $90K–$100K
  • Year 3: $110K+
  • Uncapped commissions with top performers earning well beyond these ranges
  • Unlimited earning potential based on performance
