Summary

The Senior Early Talent Acquisition Specialist develops and executes early-career talent acquisition strategies, managing full-cycle recruitment for internships and entry-level programs. They build relationships with universities, drive employer branding and oversee candidate pipelines.

The ideal candidate has experience managing campus recruiting programs, developing university partnerships, and executing high-volume recruiting strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions

  • Design end-to-end recruitment strategies for university hires, managing multiple hiring pipelines for leadership programs, internships, and recent grads.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create targeted recruitment plans.
  • Design and implement employer branding initiatives to increase campus visibility and engagement.
  • Cultivate long-term partnerships with career center staff, faculty, and student organizations to enhance brand recognition.
  • Oversee job postings (e.g., on Handshake), screen resumes, host interview days, and manage the offer process.
  • Lead or support on-campus and virtual career fairs, information sessions, and networking events.
  • Ensure a high-touch, engaging journey for students from initial interaction through onboarding.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and provide insights on pipeline, conversion rates, and hiring effectiveness.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally focused on campus or early-career recruiting.
  • Proven success managing high-volume recruiting programs and university partnerships.
  • Strong interviewing, relationship management, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms.
  • Ability to travel for campus events and recruiting activities as needed, estimated at 25%โ€“30% during peak Fall and Spring campus recruiting seasons.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
