Early Morning Warehouse Associate

A receiver for Capital Electric is responsible for correctly receiving material into our facility, checking, and stocking material with care and accuracy to ensure every product is prepared to be picked and shipped to the customer. Responsibilities include organizing and transporting freight on the dock, including loading and unloading trailers without damaging products. Receive large boxes on warehouse dock. Scan all product with RF scanner, and input product information into computer. Break down cases of product and operate heavy equipment to replenish warehouse Scanning and toting pallet for put away. Drive material handling equipment as required by job duty. Equipment in the facility includes: Order picker (cherry picker), forklift, reach truck, pallet jack, and walkie rider. Could be cross training in multiple areas of the warehouse including Inbound, Outbound, Wire, and Pipe/Conduit.

Minimum Qualifications: 2 years experience operating: Order picker (cherry picker), forklift, reach truck, or walkie rider. Detailed oriented Recent experience operating a forklift Good and dependable mathematic, verbal, and written communication skills Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on regular basis; up to 70 lbs. occasionally Reliable, responsible, and a great work ethic

Salary: $20 - $21 / hour depending on equipment experience
