About the Role:
Pilates Addiction Short Hills is looking for a passionate and energetic Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our growing studio in Millburn, NJ! This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated instructor who thrives in early morning and/or weekend sessions, helping clients transform their bodies and elevate their wellness journey.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead dynamic and safe group Reformer Pilates classes, primarily during early morning and/or weekend time slots
  • Provide modifications and progressions to accommodate all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced clients
  • Ensure proper client form and alignment to prevent injury and maximize results
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment before and after classes
  • Build strong client relationships to encourage retention and class attendance
  • Stay current with Pilates trends, techniques, and continuing education
  • Collaborate with studio staff to support a positive and motivating class atmosphere
Requirements:
  • Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor (we can help with certification for the right candidate)
  • Prior experience teaching group fitness classes preferred
  • Availability for early morning and weekend scheduling is a must
  • Strong communication skills and a client-first, motivating personality
  • CPR/First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional with a passion for health and wellness
