K Brew Delivery Driver and Kitchen help

Location: Knoxville, TN
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Bakery Manager / Roastery Manager / Operations Director

K Brew is one of Knoxville's top coffee shops and bakeries, known for fresh bagels, locally roasted coffee, and exceptional hospitality. We take pride in creating quality products and delivering them on time to our stores and wholesale client partners. As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a role in keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring that every bagel, pastry, and batch of coffee reaches its destination safely and on schedule.

Position Overview

As a K Brew Delivery Driver and Bakery Assistant, you'll be responsible for loading, transporting, and unloading food and beverage items from the K Brew Bakery to multiple K Brew cafe locations. This usually lasts 1-2 hours; then you will assist the bakery team with basic cooking and cleaning tasks. This position is also responsible for deliveries of paper goods and other products from our warehouse to both our cafe's and wholesale client partners. We are a growing company, and the delivery portion of this position will continue to grow as we do. You'll represent K Brew on the road and at each location, maintaining a positive attitude and commitment to quality, safety, hospitality and reliability.

Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a K Brew delivery vehicle to transport baked goods, beverages, and supplies between locations.
  • Load and unload product according to established checklists and delivery schedules.
  • Follow food safety and handling procedures to maintain product quality.
  • Ensure timely deliveries, adhering to route schedules and store opening times.
  • Communicate clearly with our Bakery Manager if any issues arise.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle and storage areas.
  • Represent K Brew well while on deliveries.
  • Assist with basic warehouse or kitchen support when delivery volume is light.
Qualifications
  • Must be 21 years or older with a valid Tennessee driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 75 lbs safely and repeatedly.
  • Time management and communication skills.
  • Friendly
  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working early mornings.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in deliveries and documentation.
  • Familiarity with GPS and route navigation apps.

Schedule
