Job description

Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Setting: Outpatient and Residential Behavioral Health Services

Job Location: New Richmond, WI

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments

  • Administer, score, and interpret psychological testing

  • Prepare detailed psychological reports and treatment recommendations

  • Meet with clients and families to review findings and recommendations

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams

  • Provide consultation regarding treatment planning and case conceptualization

  • Offer expertise on complex clinical presentations

  • Provide targeted supervision and guidance to clinical staff as requested

  • Deliver educational presentations on mental health topics and treatment approaches

  • Complete all required clinical documentation in a timely manner

  • Maintain accurate and confidential records

  • Adhere to ethical and regulatory standards

Requirements:

  • Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program

  • Licensed Psychologist (or license-eligible) in the applicable state

  • Eligible for credentialing with Medicaid and commercial insurance payers

  • Experience conducting psychological evaluations and assessments

  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and families

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in residential treatment, outpatient behavioral health, or trauma-informed care

  • Experience providing staff consultation or clinical supervision
