Job description

**While our main office is in Highland Village, TX, this is a remote position which requires frequent travel throughout our great state. Interviews and orientation will take place in our Highland Village office.**
The preferred candidate lives in the San Antonio region.
What you will love about this position...
The Site Superintendent for E3 Entegral Solutions is responsible for overseeing all on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to required quality standards. They coordinate day-to-day activities of laborers, subcontractors, and vendors while enforcing regulatory compliance and company policies.
What you are responsible for...
To be successful in this position, one must be able to satisfactorily perform each of the essential duties and responsibilities listed in the functions below:
Site Operations Oversite
  • Supervise daily on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and company standards
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly
  • Enforce quality control measures, including final walk-throughs and punch-list completion

Scheduling and Resource Coordination
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to maintain workflow efficiency
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop and adjust project schedules to meet deadlines

Communication and Documentation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and progress logs
  • Facilitate meetings with contractors and stakeholders to communicate project status and resolve concerns
  • Attend client progress meetings and provide updates on timelines, milestones, and site conditions

What is required to be successful in this role...
Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of field experience supervising commercial or residential construction projects
  • Proven experience in record managing projects (minimum $500K value) from start to finish

Key Knowledge and Skills
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
  • Ability to build and promote a strong and productive team environment on assigned projects
  • Ability to make timely decision under pressure
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, verbally and in writing
  • Sound understanding of local building codes, OSHA regulations, and safety practices
