Job description

100% in office position.

Amentum is seeking a knowledgeable resource with broad knowledge of the governments IT environment and Relativity experience to join a team of legal professionals in providing support to the Department of Justice (DOJ) in Washington DC.

Successful candidate will:

  • Act as the RelativityOne (RelOne) administrator. As such, duties will include but will not be limited to:
  • Overall maintenance and support of the CRT RelOne instance
  • Troubleshoot local and remote user access
  • Configure database set‑up and design
  • Assist with high level database design
  • Coordinate end user support
  • Manage technical risks for CRT database environment
  • Lead technical support to generate outgoing productions including, but not limited to, QC of coding fields to ensure technical specifications are met, generate privilege logs
  • Collaborate with litigation teams to create high level search strategies
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience providing eDiscovery services and litigation support on complex and large cases involving complex eDiscovery challenges.
  • Must have extensive Relativity experience.
  • Proven ability to assist remote users to access and navigate Relativity workspace.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must possess detailed planning and organizational skills and have a thorough understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
  • Prior knowledge and experience managing eDiscovery projects and related technologies.
  • Advanced experience planning eDiscovery efforts, managing client expectations, and working with clients to minimize their risk exposure.
  • Must be proficient in a wide range of technologies and be knowledgeable as to eDiscovery industry “best practices” including an understanding of multiple tools and processes associated with large scale complex eDiscovery response.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment while maintaining proper priorities and scheduling on extremely tight deadlines.
  • Managerial experience
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain MRPT facility credentials/authorization. Note: US Citizenship is required for MRPT facility credentials/authorization at this work location.
  • Full time on‑site position
Preferred:
  • Undergraduate degree strongly preferred; preferably in the computer science or information management/technology disciplines.
  • Certification in eDiscovery program strongly preferred.
  • Experience in a litigation support environment would be extremely helpful,
  • Trial support experience a plus.
Compensation Details:

$95,000.00 - $109,000.00
