Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead the growth and performance of our digital apparel business. This role will be responsible for developing and executing e-commerce strategies that drive revenue, customer acquisition, retention, and overall brand growth. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with digital marketing expertise and a customer-first mindset, while partnering cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, operations, and creative teams to optimize the online shopping experience.
Responsibilities
E-Commerce Strategy & Business Growth
  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer engagement.
  • Own and manage key business metrics including revenue, conversion rate, average order value (AOV), customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Identify growth opportunities through customer insights, market trends, competitive analysis, and performance data.
  • Lead promotional calendars, product launches, and seasonal initiatives to maximize sales performance.

Digital Marketing Leadership
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts across SEO, paid search, paid social, email, SMS, affiliate, and influencer channels.
  • Partner with internal and external marketing teams to develop customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Manage marketing budgets and optimize investments based on performance and ROI.
  • Drive customer lifecycle marketing programs focused on retention, loyalty, and repeat purchases.

Website & Merchandising Management
  • Lead website merchandising strategy, ensuring products, collections, promotions, and content are optimized for conversion.
  • Oversee product launches, inventory visibility, pricing accuracy, and site merchandising execution.
  • Partner with creative teams to enhance product content, imagery, and storytelling.
  • Manage website enhancements and user experience improvements to support business objectives.

Analytics & Performance Management
  • Establish reporting frameworks and dashboards to monitor business performance and identify actionable insights.
  • Analyze customer behavior, sales trends, and website performance to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Present performance updates and strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging e-commerce best practices.

Customer Experience & Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Champion initiatives that improve customer experience, site usability, mobile performance, and checkout conversion.
  • Collaborate closely with merchandising, operations, customer service, planning, and creative teams to ensure alignment on business priorities.
  • Lead cross-functional projects that support growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members while fostering a performance-driven culture.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail, with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Proven track record of driving online revenue growth and managing digital commerce initiatives.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, CRO, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Advanced experience with Google Analytics (GA4), reporting tools, and performance analysis.
  • Excellent leadership, project management, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred
  • Experience within apparel, fashion, or consumer products industries.
  • Experience managing agencies, vendors, or direct reports.
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other marketing platforms.
  • Understanding of UX/UI best practices, customer journey optimization, and merchandising strategies.

PAY RATE: $100,000/yr-$120,000/yr
