Job description

Responsible for coordinating daily studio operations and photography production to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and according to quality and brand standards.
Job Duties
  • Coordinate daily studio workflow, schedules, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Coordinate photography projects from planning through completion.
  • Manage studio spaces, equipment, inventory, models, freelancers, and other resources.
  • Maintain and organize studio inventory, including garments, accessories, props, equipment, and supplies.
  • Support and coordinate photographers, stylists, models, production staff, and studio assistants.
  • Coordinate model bookings, freelance talent, and production schedules.
  • Work closely with Creative, Styling, Marketing, E-commerce, Merchandising, and Fulfillment teams.
  • Ensure photography and styling meet company and brand standards.
  • Review work for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Track production expenses, invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Assist with studio events, campaigns, launches, and special projects.
  • Identify ways to improve studio processes, communication, and efficiency.
  • Resolve scheduling, production, inventory, and resource issues as they arise.
  • Provide updates on production status, priorities, and any challenges.
  • Train new team members on studio processes, styling guidelines, and quality standards.

Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in a retail studio environment and/or a related degree or professional certification.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with photography equipment and studio resources is a plus.
  • Experience with fashion, luxury, or e-commerce photography is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
