At Under Armour, we are committed to empowering those who strive for more, and the company's values - Act Sustainably, Celebrate the Wins, Fight on Together, Love Athletes and Stand for Equality - serve as both a roadmap for our teams and the qualities expected of every teammate.

Our Values define and unite us, the beliefs that are the red thread that connects everyone at Under Armour. Our values are rallying cries, reminding us why we're here, and fueling everything we do.

Our pursuit of better begins with innovation and with our team's mission of being the best. With us, you get the freedom to go further - no matter your role. That means developing, delivering, and selling the state-of-the-art products and digital tools that make top performers even better.

The Sr. Planner – eCommerce Inventory Management is responsible for supporting the Direct-to-Consumer eCommerce business by managing in-season inventory productivity, maintaining healthy in-stock positions, and identifying opportunities to maximize sales, margin, and customer experience. This role partners closely with DTC Planning, Merchandising, Digital Operations, and Allocation and Sizing teams to monitor inventory trends, execute inventory actions, and support sizing strategies to ensure product availability across the eCommerce channel. This position will also provide interim support to the broader Allocation team by assisting with inventory management processes, reporting, and business analysis as needed.

Your Impact
  • Manage in-season inventory performance across the eCommerce channel, identifying risks and opportunities to maximize sales and margin.
  • Monitor inventory health, in-stock rates, and weeks of supply to support business objectives.
  • Analyze sales, inventory, and demand trends to recommend actionable inventory strategies.
  • Support inventory flow decisions including replenishment, inventory balancing, and product lifecycle management.
  • Partner with Planning, Merchandising, and Digital Operations teams to align inventory strategies with commercial priorities.
  • Identify sizing opportunities through analysis of size selling, inventory position, and customer demand patterns.
  • Support size management initiatives by evaluating size curve performance and recommending inventory actions.
  • Develop and maintain reporting to provide visibility into inventory productivity and business performance.
  • Communicate inventory risks, opportunities, and recommendations to cross-functional partners.
  • Assist with launch readiness, product transitions, and key commercial events by ensuring inventory alignment.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory-related issues impacting product availability and customer experience.
  • Support process improvement initiatives that enhance inventory management, replenishment, and reporting capabilities.
  • Build collaborative relationships with Planning, Merchandising, Operations, and Allocation partners.
  • Provide interim support to the Allocation team through analysis, reporting, and execution of allocation-related activities as business needs require.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Allocation, Planning, Inventory Management, Merchandise Planning, or a related retail function.
  • Experience supporting eCommerce, digital commerce, or omnichannel retail businesses preferred.
  • Understanding of inventory management principles and inventory productivity metrics including WOS, sell-through, in-stock rates, and inventory turn.
  • Experience analyzing business performance and translating data into actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities through sales, inventory, and demand analysis.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills with experience creating reports and business insights.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Planning, Merchandising, Operations, and Allocation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to business partners.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and continuous improvement focus.
