Ecommerce Product Manager job at Get It - Executive. Johns Creek, GA. Are you an experienced eCommerce professional looking for an opportunity to lead and expand an online presence? We're seeking an Ecommerce Product Manager to take charge of eCommerce strategy across thirdโ€‘party platforms such as Wayfair, Build.com, and others. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a wellโ€‘established company that is looking to grow its digital footprint and optimize online sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ecommerce Strategy & Management: Oversee and lead eCommerce initiatives on thirdโ€‘party platforms, ensuring strong sales performance and a seamless user experience.
  • Sales Performance & Optimization: Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities, implement strategies, and drive conversions.
  • Crossโ€‘Functional Collaboration: Work closely with customer service, data management, and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure smooth operations.
  • Platform Optimization: Continuously improve product listings, pricing, promotions, and content to enhance performance on online marketplaces.
  • Customer Experience: Monitor reviews, feedback, and interactions to improve offerings and boost customer satisfaction.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and explore new thirdโ€‘party marketplaces or expansion opportunities within existing platforms to grow sales.
  • Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates on sales performance, growth strategies, and potential challenges to senior leadership.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience: 3โ€‘5 years of experience managing eCommerce operations, preferably with thirdโ€‘party platforms related to interior design or home improvement.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of eCommerce tools for performance analysis, sales tracking, and customer insights.
  • Optimization Expertise: Experience in product listing optimization, pricing strategies, and best practices for online marketplaces.
  • Leadership Abilities: Proven ability to collaborate across teams and drive measurable results.
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using data to make informed decisions and optimize sales performance.
  • Strong Communication: Ability to present data and strategies clearly to senior leadership.
