What We're Seeking
The Warehouse Lead is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient, accurate, and cost-effective distribution to all 7-Eleven stores. This role assists the Warehouse Supervisor with training, task assignment, scheduling, and maintaining safety and quality standards.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
  • Warehouse Operations: Assist in daily activities including vendor receiving, product dating, pricing, inventory management, staging, and computer system updates.
  • Safety and Compliance: Uphold safety and health regulations by leading safety meetings, identifying hazardous conditions, and adhering to Best Practices.
  • Training and Development: Support training and coaching for warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to company guidelines and Best Practices.
  • Reporting and Communication: Ensure timely and accurate daily reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, keeping them informed of progress and issues.
  • Versatility and Adaptability: Be familiar with all warehouse roles and step in to perform duties as needed to support team operations.

What You'll Need (Qualifications)
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Dependable with a solid attendance record.
  • Basic math and computer proficiency.
  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, or as needed to support the 24/7 business operation.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • Ability to work in environments with temperatures ranging from 35ยฐF to 75ยฐF.
  • Capable of repetitively lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs. and pushing/pulling up to 250 lbs.
  • Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, push, squat, and reach at various heights (over shoulder, waist level, and from the floor).
