Must-Have Skills

  • Strong experience in MS Dynamics 365 Contact Center / Customer Service module (MANDATORY)
  • Expertise in Power Platform:
  • Power Apps
  • Power Automate
  • Power BI
  • Hands-on experience in Contact Center / Call Center environments
  • Experience with chat, messaging, and email channels
  • Exposure to AI / Copilot / Virtual Agents
  • Copilot Studio (Nice to have)

Role Summary

Looking for a senior, hands-on architect to lead digital contact center transformation using MS Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

This role is business-outcome focused, not just technical—driving:

  • Better customer experience (CSAT)
  • Reduced call volume (self-service / bots)

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end digital contact center (chat, email, messaging)
