Protiviti is looking for a Technology Consulting Senior Manager to join our growing Microsoft team.

As a Senior Manager, you'll partner with our clients to implement production management solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365. You'll develop strategies to solve complex business problems using new ways of thinking, and devise solutions to support your clients' needs through using the latest tools and methods. You'll develop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery. You'll foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market. You will also be a mentor and provide performance development to teams as you oversee the successful completion of project work plans.

  • Leading the end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 Production modules, focused on production control, MRP, and lean manufacturing functionalities.

  • Configuring and customizing D365 to meet client-specific requirements for production management.

  • Implementing Production Control functionalities using D365, focused on efficient planning, scheduling, and management of manufacturing operations.

  • Utilizing lean manufacturing tools within D365 to streamline processes and reduce waste.

  • Setting up and optimizing Material Requirements Planning (MRP) on D365 for efficient material procurement and inventory management.

  • Integrating master planning within Dynamics 365 to achieve optimal resource utilization.

  • Integrating Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) with D365 to connect the shop floor and enable real-time visibility of production.

  • Collaborating on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) integration to support seamless product design and manufacturing processes on D365.

  • Conducting in-depth analyses of clients' production processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.

  • Working closely with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and third-party providers to ensure seamless integration of their solutions on the D365 platform.

  • Evaluating, summarizing, organizing, and interpreting data.

  • Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives.

  • Successfully pursuing business development opportunities and identifying and implementing strategies to obtain new work or clientele.

  • Ability to translate and communicate issues, risk, or challenges to client personnel, including executives.

  • Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisals, mentoring and coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., in Engineering, Manufacturing, Information Systems, or a related field.)

  • 7+ years working in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management and Production modules.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are strongly preferred.

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.
$146,000.00 - $234,000.00
Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.

Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
