Job Overview:

Pay Range: $70hr - $75hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 10-15 years of IT industry experience.
  • Minimum 10+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 consulting experience.
  • Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Commerce implementations.
  • Strong functional consulting experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Experience working with Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement applications.
  • Hands-on experience integrating Shopify with Dynamics 365 platforms.
  • Experience in omnichannel retail and eCommerce implementations.
  • Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Client workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
  • Analyze current business processes and define future-state operating models.
  • Design end-to-end omnichannel commerce solutions across retail, eCommerce, customer engagement, order fulfillment, and financial operations.
  • Develop solution blueprints, process flows, functional design documents, and business requirements.
  • Lead implementation of Dynamics 365 Commerce solutions.
  • Configure and support Product Information Management, Pricing and Promotions, Order Management, and Commerce Scale Unit.
  • Drive omnichannel customer experiences across digital sales channels.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Present solution recommendations and business value propositions.
  • Support project governance, risk management, and executive communications.
  • Collaborate with delivery, architecture, and presales teams.
