• Conduct thorough consultations with patients to gain insight into their specific physical conditions and symptoms, establishing a trusting relationship to facilitate open communication.
• Assess and diagnose movement dysfunctions, utilizing evidence-based practices to develop tailored treatment plans aimed at achieving defined patient goals.
• Educate patients in the correct application of therapeutic exercises and techniques, ensuring they understand how to safely and effectively perform each exercise.
• Provide manual therapy techniques such as stimulation or massage to promote healing and alleviate pain, as well as instruct patients on the proper use of assistive devices like wheelchairs or walkers.
• Maintain accurate patient records documenting treatment plans, progress, and adjustments to ensure continuous improvement and effective outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with patients and their families to recommend in-home treatment options and exercises that will support rehabilitation efforts outside of office visits.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• A valid physical therapy license in the state of California is required.

• Computer literacy, including proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and word processing software.
• A flexible mindset and agility in adapting to diverse patient needs and treatment modalities.

• Previous experience (2 years preferred) in a physical therapy setting.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and support new graduates and less experienced staff.
• Familiarity with rehabilitation techniques for a variety of conditions, including orthopedic, neurological, and age-related issues.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package designed to support a healthy work-life balance.
